COMMDEC Support staff is located in North Central Texas. This location is not a call center and we do not open a ticket based on a scripted process. The support staff is the first line of communication for installation, troubleshooting and testing of all the newest programs along with testing of any new system implementations. That knowledge alone gives you, the customer, the best possible support you could ask for!!!

If you call this line after hours, please leave a message with your name, hotel name, main hotel phone number and a detailed message with the outstanding issue.
