ProfitWatch Hotel Call Accounting for Windows® is the perfect call accounting system for mid-sized hotels, large hotels and resort properties due to its ease of use, reliability and innovative billing options that help to increase revenue and streamline telecom operations.

An incredible amount of billing flexibility is provided that allows users to set their own mark-ups and surcharges, build custom rate tables and bill various types of calls on a timed basis (including local Internet calls). Additional pricing tiers are also included to give users the ability to set VIP prices for special guests, groups, and/or conventions that have negotiated custom phone rates.

Due to ProfitWatch’s ease of use, very minimal training is required and no day-to-day maintenance is needed. Additionally, ProfitWatch allows users to build their own rate tables and customize their own mark-ups, surcharges and taxes to meet each hotel's individual needs.
