WUAN - COMMDEC Wakeup
Announcer
The WUAN works with
most telephone systems to provide time, temperature and
even weather information as part of the
wakeup announcement. The base system supports English, but Spanish,
French and Italian language packages are currently available.

Guest DID
Service -
"DID Server"
Image the
savings that can be realized by having calls for guest
bypass the switch board. Most meeting type hotels
realize significant reduction of peak periods helping to
with staffing levels. Even smaller hotels realize
the benefits in terms of reduced
load during peak service periods. Our Guest DID Server gives your guests
their own phone or fax number. DID numbers can be reserved in
advanced, assigned to a guest, meeting room, or resale
lines. In room fax machines are costly and the
cost to maintain these units can even be higher. Couple this
fact with the need of business users of whom organize
information and store them as conveniently as possible using
e-fax software and a guest fax line.
Guest Programmable Wakeup Service
- "AWF"
The COMMDEC Automated
Wakeup Facility (AWF) provides the ability for
the guest to program their own wakeup calls. The
Guest Wakeup Request once recorded are programmed into your PBX,
creating a fully integrated solution.
Integration We have been providing and
supporting a powerful PMS Communications Integration System known
as the COMMHUB at major hotels around the world
for over a decade. The COMMHUB supports most major
interfaces and if desired multiple PMS, PBX, Voice Mail Systems
to save your property money if you
decide to add additional service oriented systems at
your property rather than replace existing units. Our
COMMHUB not only serves as an integration unit,
but also monitors the systems to ensure they are online
and are in proper working order to optimize uptime
and revenue. It also works great if you have
multiple hotels sharing the same resources.
